Addon which sets up action bars ?

Is there any such addon which automatically sets up your action bars according to the best rotation for your class ?

Everyone has their own preference for keybinds and actionbar setups, this would be almost worthless. just go to Elitist Jerks, Noxxic, Icy Veins, etc, look at the spells they use, and drag them from your spellbook to your bar. Where you have them doesnt matter at all, I prefer spamming 2 for sinister strike, whereas my brother prefers hitting 4 because its more comfortable, see? Just read what spells to use and get your own setup that works for you.

Yup, it's called DIY, it's really helpful, it utilizes your comfort level and skill by placing your abilities in the most comfortable spot.

If you use a Scroll of Resurrection and get your free level 80 toon, it will set up your action bars after picking a specialization. Kind of a stretch to go about doing that but that's the closest you're probably going to get :P
