Bought gold, will i get banned now?

So i bought gold from offgamers.com.

They whispered me to go to Ratchet, like all those gold sellers do.
But this time it was different, i got spammed by like 10 guys down there, saying i need to pay them 2k and so on or they'll report me.

    Now what...

I got my gold from the seller, but this was players whispering me.

let me say that you need to report these guys for blackmail its against the rules. I will also tell you the story of my brother being on my account. One day I came home and my brother told me that he purchased gold from a site and I told him that he was gonna be banned because they can detect it easily now, he told me that they wouldn't catch him because the company was very discreet. The next day I get a letter from blizzard saying that they know that my account had bought gold and said that if its discovered that the gold was stolen from someone then the appropriate action would take place. I assumed that they took the gold off of the account and gave my brother a temp suspension. I called him up and told him that I haven't been on the account and wanted him to get on and check the gold but I wasn't touching it so he wouldn't think that I stole all the gold from the account or something (I have 3 accounts connected to one bnet account). He got on the account and the gold was still on it and I never heard from any GM's again about the matter. So lets recap, they acknowledged that they new I bought gold( it was a legit email I checked). and they let my brother keep the gold while only giving the warning that if you happen to buy stolen gold then they would take it, they also explained all the dangers of buying gold, "bad for the game economy and scammers, blah blah blah. and that's it. So I don't think they ban like they used to for gold buying but I don't know what they do to gold sellers. I found the letter in my email here it is
    Greetings,

    Account Name:xxxxxxxxxx

In light of some recent activity on your World of Warcraft account, we’d like make sure you’re aware of the negative impact that buying gold from third-party companies has on the World of Warcraft community -- as well as the potential consequences for players who are found to be using such services.

Every day, we encounter players who have been victims of in-game scams or whose Battle.net accounts have been stolen, and who log in one day to find their characters’ inventories have been stripped of gold and other valuable items. The overwhelming majority of these scams and thefts are conducted by unethical third-party companies that sell stolen gold to other players for real money. Accounts of players who choose to buy gold and support these exploitive companies may be subject to a variety of account penalties, including the removal of purchased gold so it can be returned to the rightful character.

Third-party gold-selling companies frequently prey upon dedicated players -- often including their own customers -- without regard to the disruption their actions cause to the game and other World of Warcraft players. Ultimately, without players’ support, these companies have no way to continue their unethical actions, and that’s why we encourage the community to refrain from using their services.

Additional information on the negative impact of purchasing gold, as well as some important information on how you can protect your account from theft, can be found on our website at: Impact of Buying Gold - Shop - World of Warcraft

Thank you for helping us keep World of Warcraft a fun and safe environment for all of our players.

You will be not banned now, but don't buy gold from this sellers again. You break the rules so you can lose your account the next time.

My advice : find a private buyer from the same country that you and make business with him if you need gold, don't buy from chinese sellers...
