Why All people Selling game cards on STormscale?

From a week or more i found out that mostly all the server is selling game time cards

30 days, 60 days , 90 days even 180 days Is it a bug in Battle.net store ?
or
Scammers became alot and doesnt fear getting banned since they spam all over the trade chat?

i really wanna know

They buy the code from blizzard store. Give you the code and you trade gold. And once you activated it they refound the code. Simply a scam.

30 and 90 days "GTC" is a RaF unlock code most of the time. Don't buy that.
