Account password reset

Hey!
How can i reset my account password(because i got locked after i tried to log in from my notebook), if i have the following problems?:
--The account is registered to fake name
--I don't remember the secret answer
--Don't have cdkeys

Tomorrow i speaked with blizzard and i got pass reset because someone is hacked the account. He asked for photo id, and i sent my original photo id(don't match the b.net and photo id full name), and i got the pass reset. Anyone have any idea?

the only thing that you could add to this is "im a serial killer". that is a lot of problems to unlock an account. I cant really understand the last part of this, did you send in your ID that didnt match and get it reset or are you going to try to?

Usually if you dont know the SQ answer, you have to have the cdkey or your ID, and since you have either, you will have a tough time.

Tomorrow i sent a ticket to blizz, because someone is hacked the account. and one of the customers is reply, he's need photo id. i sent my(not match with the b.net full name) and he's sent the password reset. But today i tried 4 times, and no one who accept...

Well it looks like you got a really bad GM that wasnt doing their job the first time. Im sure they have a way of tracking how many times you ask for assistance.

the word you are looking for is "yesterday" not "tomorrow" btw

If you bought game time with game-time cards, you might be able to verify your identity by providing Blizzard with previously used game time codes. I did that once, though it was back in WotLK.

Didn't have a scanner/printer for form/ID, so I provided them with the last year of game cards I used (6 x 60 day cards).
