Need advice from experienced person regarding bnet name change

Hello.
I'm going to try and get a name change on my battle.net account and i would like some advices from someone who managed to get it changed, because i want to one shot it with as high success rate as possible.
Note: I'm doing it legaly which means no fake ID's.

If you are reading this and don't know which method i will use, you probably can't help me.

My friend got his last name changed but that was really hard to do. He had to send in like 2 pieces of ID and a marriage certificate. Just to show that he legal did change his last name. I also had another friend who named his account Chuck Norris. It was a really bad idea. He got temp ban for swearing in trade chat. They asked for ID and he never got his account back

EZ mode, asked my uncle from France to send in his electricity bill. It was even bad cam quality. Photoshoped my name instead of his, wrote in ticket I moved because of student exchange/studying abroad, said I wanted to use RaF, SoR and char xfer services to another realms and I couldn't do it where I live now. (I mentioned using paid services as a "bait" for them)

Only problem for you might be getting a bill to photoshop. Not many people want to give out papers with their name/data on them.
