got my account banned

due to "unually high number of payment rejections"
now the problem is they want me to provide them a scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license but my names on battlenet and in real life are not the same(i didnt knew it has to be so i made something up)..what should i do?

Explain them the situation and hope for the best. There's not much you can do except to get lucky and meet a friendly GM.

Pozdrav Tomica. I once got my account hacked (I tried to sell it but the guy screwed me up). Thing was I had all my information of the account since I was the original owner. He changed my password and email of the account and as well my name was just some random. So I was thinking of how the trouble will be to get it back. I went on a card of how I was an amateur and was scared of Blizzard and other people that they will steal my account, found out my personal information bla bla.. so that's why I have put some random name instead of my real, so the trick is play on "dumb, scared, amateur kid". Yes, I had to take a picture of my ID and then after a week of trying to get it back I finally did it. Also they named it correctly now and my country too and I had to changed the email and secrete question. So you should really give it a try, be stubborn trust me on that.
