Abount a Ban help ?

Hi ill make this short,

I brought a wow account with a cha and tran the cah to my main legit wow now i got worried about looseing all of my legit cha`s over one stupid cha so i moved all my legit cha to a new legit battle.net account (wow) and i was happy then someone says my cha`s can get locked because they were related to the old account i moved from with the cha i brought so ????? is it ture ???/
SO big question is am i ok (safe) or should i just start again ????

what is a cha? and if the account you bought is not locked or hacked or anything then you are fine.

lol a character lol and i might not have explained it right i moved the character i brough to my legit account then got worried and moved my legit characters from my legit wow account to a new one and what im asking is if the old legit one with the transferd character got banned would it folow to my new one because my legit character came from their ????

Oh and can you recover a account with just a cd key or do you need more to recover it ?
