Donno if iyou were serious on the regrets^^ however sccording to what they say my 'infringement' should have be handled as minor as...

-no one has been offended ( 5:00 AM)
-server has neot been deranged
-I did not get an unfair advantage over other ppl
-I did not use this repeatedly
-I have not been caught anytime before^^

BliZz claims a 3 day ban is a 3rd level action ( warning, 3h bann, 3 day bann, undetermined bann, permanent bann).

I got my account banned for scamming gold... mage about 5k gold then banned..... so i started on my friends account, 1 night i was bored so a made a new toon on it and went around spamming things on /1 in elwyn, warning for his account... xD. Then he changed his pass... so i went to wowgasm.... BANHAMMA! WowEmuhacker ftl.... lol.... banhammered from about 9 other privates ervers... so i made my own .
