i need WoW PTR and Forum help!

ok so today i decided to go play on the ptr...
i DL the client install and no errors.. i copy mysef a premade character and everything , all the patches are download .. now to log-in.. i go in and i put in my Username and Password.. i press enter and it says incorrect information , if ANYONE could help me fix this problem.. +REP!

so i wanted to go get help on the WoW forums , i try to make a new topic and i have to login.. i login and i get to the screen where i have the choose characters.. guess what.. no characters!! wtf! .. once again +rep
