[Theorie] Ashweb weaver - Possible (evading) spider pet?

Okay so i'm posting this here because i don't really know how to get this working (if its even triggerable that is).

There's this mob called Ashweb Weaver. It's a spider and a few days ago i saw it standing in the Shrine of Two Moons waiting next to a portal. It evaded anything and just stood there. When i visited later that day the spider was still there.

I could find 2 mobs on wowhead with that name: Ashweb Weaver and Ashweb Weaver.
Now as you can see the last one has data of being found in Vale of Eternal Blossoms but also in Shrine of Two Moons and Shrine of Seven Stars. Unfortunatly the maps of those don't show up in wowhead.

I tried finding these spiders in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, but couldn't see any trace of them between the Guo-lai halls and Ruins of Guo-lai or near Whitepetal Lake. Maybe there's a quest required which includes phasing?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Would love a new spider pet as a non-hunter

EDIT: One of the wowhead comments which has been rated up 3 times as of now is saying the following:

As of October 7th, I seem to have bug where a Weaver I aggroed earlier that was evading in Vale of Eternal Blossoms will seem to respawn on me in other zones, still evading. This may be a cause of the data showing it in various zones.

Are you sure it's not just the typical evade bug? I get that a lot. They get stuck and evade everything, but can't hit you or move either.
