buy item 90 pvp at lvl 85+

hi i m lvl 87 and i have 4k cap honor--there is a method to buy item whit hp if im not lvl 90?

I doubt it however you can convert honor to justice points if you are going to play more bgs before 90.
You can still be honor capped at 90 + have justice points for items or convert back to honor when you need.
