can i get banned for buying raf time?

Im thinking of buying some RAF time so i would like to know if i get caught by blizz can my account get disabled/suspended or any other serious repercussion?

Short answer: Yes

Long answer: If you don't go overboard then probably not. And even if you they will most likely just remove the game time and disable RaF on your account.

I've been "paying" for my Annual Pass solely using RaF time. Still haven't got caught, been buying on 1-2 month basis.

You will not be banned, but you will get Warning + RaF time remove (but RaF will still work on acc)
