Hallowed title soon

So this is my first time back in WoW since a longgg time and I am really interested in this Hallowed title that's coming soon for the Halloween event. I was wondering a couple things,
1: Is it possible to obtain the title in 1 event ? Meaning is it possible to get it in 2012's halloween or is it a couple year project?
If yes, how long would it take?

2: Is there any way to prepare PRE halloween?

You can get the title in one week. The best way to prep for this is to have either a mage friend or be a mage since it will be easier to move around the areas to collect buckets.

Also since achievements (titles) are account bound, you might not even need to prepare if you've done it.

Its very possible to get it in one week, just takes time with all the buckets and flying
