[IDEA] NPC - Drug Dealer

-Main idea:
--1. A website script writed in PHP and jQuery will be your first step to drug dealers. You will bet some from your gold
to play a casino like game for winning an item named "Talk'n'Stone". When you right-click on the item ingame on the
screen will pop up context menu with 7-8 drug dealer names. You shall choose one with clicking and there is a chance or
time when the dealer can not or will not have time to serve your needs for drugs. You will get response like "No answer",
"I am busy at the moment", "Haven't got any goods", "The users phone is turned off".
--2. If the dealer is free the server will spawn a NPC near you and he will yell you something, that will be the dealer. In some cases there is a chance that you can meet a police agent redressed like a dealer, when click on the npc, it will display you a context menu with text
"Be carefull, next time you're going to jail", "You are busted", "Your fine is 2, 323 gold"(and it will bust you or get the fine
from your gold), or something like that. Sometimes the dealer will sumon you in some other locations, defined in the system by the Developers.
Sometimes this locations may be inhabited from cops that are waiting for you and your deal and they can imprison you or try to catch you thru your run.
#Fix: The cops will be from the opposite faction and they will cause alot of dmg or cast some spells on you.

--3. When the dealer is actually a dealer, not an agent or something, when you click on the npc named "Sebastian"<Dealer> or something like that
it will display you a context menu with the following options:

##Cocaine
##Fentanyl
##Heroin
##Levomethorphan
##LSD
##Metadon
##Extazy
##Morphine
##Opium, raw
##'Shrooms
#Class B drugs
##Amphetamine
##Plan B (Strong, strong amphetamine based drug)
##Pico (Cocaine for poor)
##Weed
##Herb (Makes you so ****ing high)
#Class C drugs
##Cyclogyl (For really trippy feeling)
##Vicodin
##Akineton (For really trippy feeling)
##Ketamine
##Kodein (Mixed with herb or weed, will send your far away from this world)

--4. When you get some of this drugs it will buff you or make you trippy or sometimes shitty.The system will randomly choose a defined spell and buff that will be casted on you.
To boost you too much, to make you slow as shit, to make you drunk and trippy or sometimes even die from overdose.

I will consider the idea a lil bit more to make it more real. More from this shit..The idea occurred into my head when i was too ****ing stoned and i was playing some WoW shit.
Im sharing the idea because i haven't got enough time to make the server script and compile it. But soon i will release it with the website script and database edits.
