Assuming you know how RAF works. You will need to level either 2 characters on the recruited account to level 80, or 1 80 and 2 level 40's. Characters on the recruited account can grant 1 level to the original account per 2 levels they gain.

Edit: Sorry forgot to mention, you only need to buy 1 RAF account for this to work. Hope this helps.

Also as a note, you should enjoy the panda starting zone and just raf 2 pandas together to get out of the starting zone. lvl 1- 40 is a joke now and super fast. So i would recommend leveling a monk to 20-25 before granting levels. You have to complete the starting zone and choose a faction before you can grant levels in the first place. So you only really need to level 1 toon to 80 for the 39 grantable levels and 1 other toon to 41 for 20 grantable levels. with that you will have 59 grantable levels. so just level a monk up to 21 and maybe even like 1 bar from 22 then grant away.

The reason for being 1 bar away from 22 is when you grant levels your new monk will be 80 and 1 bar away from 81. Also after you have hit 81 it would be a good idea to go back to the summit and do the daily that gives your monk a xp bonus.

I would suggest getting the toon you want to grant levels to up to level 40. With Raf, getting a toon to level 40 is so fast, especially on a BG holiday like WSG or Arathi Basin. Once you hit 40 it slows down a bit and then more at 60 and 70. But getting one toon to 80 should be fast especially if you hit 45 before AV call to arms starts.

So get one to level 80 on the RAf account, who will be able to then grant 40 levels. Level the panda to 40 and 99% then grant the other 40 levels. That will put your monk at level 80 with 99% to 81. Also, buying a starter edition comes with WOTLK and BC now so you could do this for as little as $5 if you know where to look from past promotions. With the RAF account, you can then transfer the lvl 80 toon to your main account if you use your same Bnet or you can sell the account to someone else if you use a different Bnet account.

Sorry for bringing this thread up, but as I know for 2 level of char on RAF account, the char on veteran account can grant 1 level. But from 1 to 80, the char on RAF account only grant 79 level so isn't it only 39 grantable level to the char on veteran account?

    Also find this on battle.net

"Levels may only be granted to characters on a veteran account by characters on a linked recruit account
Levels may only be granted to characters of the same faction and on the same realm
Levels may not be granted to characters over level 79
Levels may not be granted to characters of equal or higher level
Levels may not be granted once a 90-day account link breaks
Levels may not be granted to veteran characters with XP gains disabled."

    Can someone confirm?

Basically you cannot do what the people in this thread are suggesting i.e 2 x lvl40 + 1 x lvl80. You really need to level 2 chars to 80 since the one granting the levels has be to higher level than the one receiving the level. 2 x 40 = 80 levels.
