Paypal questions/if there is better!

I have some questions about paypal that I'd like some answers about.

I'm going to be selling gold to people online, have been doing it with friends, and I'm just greatly concerned about being scammed by a buyer. Is there anyways around the gamble I'd take for selling to random people on the net?

Is there any other forms of payment that someone could use that would be safe for both parties? I understand that there might not be, but I'd better ask than not.

1) Well you could have them send it to you as a gift (which is unrefundable) through paypal but alot of people wont do this seeing as you have no reputation on the selling forums.

2) There are other websights but paypal is the most well known and used. Occasionaly people will scam you, has happened to most of us here at ownedcore, but dont worry about it! Just shrug it off and keep on chugging.

I'm from Germany and i cant send money as a gift. Just wanted to give you that info because i had some trouble buying cd keys etc some time ^^

Does paypal not track IP addresses of payment senders? I am curious if this really has happened to you or if you are just saying that this is possible. For someone to open a claim like this is borderline fraud in my opinion if they are legitimately the ones who sent the payment.
