Warden spyware

If the warden (and we dont know atm or not sure) is really a spyware, what action we could do?

We agree to the term of the game. Like to be a good player.
Do it write anywhere that they can have an acces to look in file with a spyware to see if we use any hack or soft. And we can have any hack on PC or prog ONLY if we use it its agaisnt the rule. SO blizzard are TOTALLY strong.

Warden itself is server side i think... or is temporarily downloaded onto ur PC when u logon(like 75 kb file) and then erased.

Warden is spyware. Warden scans ALL storage devices. It hashes everything... But guess what?

Every time you start WoW, you agreed to their EULA. They can look at whatever they want.

Don't like it? Don't play WoW.

BEWARE ANYONE using Linux on WINE or something like that dont know what it actually is read it yesterday on blizz forums and was deleted or moved, MAY GET YOU BANNED CAUSE YOUR PROCESSES DONT SHOW ON WINDOWS BUT THE LINUX SERVER,or something like that....

just be careful and not have anything private up that you dont want to be seen...that would be you pervs out there...credit card numbers...and such and be viewed legally by blizzard if they want.

I still don't understand why you want to sue them? Who cares if they scan your WOW folder or even your whole hard drive, itsn ot like some fat guy in blizzard corp. building is looking over your donkey porn and posting it over the internet. its just hashes people, as in DJDQDSAJDIASDJ138173129DQDJQDJ.
