I'll have to check into it, but I was thinking they can't scan your hardrive, no matter what their EULA states.

I'm pretty sure there are some privacy laws that protect it, but it may very from state to state.

Blizzard has so many lawyers working for them they know what they're doing. It's pointless to check, why would Blizzard do something that could potentially have millions of users sueing them?

Amrican , what did you not get about that? It's perfectly legal. YOU , YOU GAVE blizzard the permission too scan your computer with warden when you hit accept on the Terms of Service.

It's interesting. I have WoW installed on the same hard drive as my private server, and it's not that far down, but I have the first few folders I have the private server in encrypted, and it's been there for quite a few months. I wonder if encrypting the folders helps?
