Realm First! Zen Master Medic

Alright, so I'm going for Realm First! Zen Master Medic (First Aid). I've posted a thread on our realm forum about it, looking for people to sell me Windwool Cloth and stuff. I have also been spamming trade chat about it, and I'm getting a TON of responses.

I'm buying the cloth for 3000g/stack (150g per). I've been telling everyone (unless they're in my guild) that I need it to be traded to me, because I can't wait for the mail. But I feel like I'm leaving some things out, like what else can I do to speed up this process? I have people who are going for realm first 90 and I'll be meeting them to buy their mats off of them, but I'm not sure how fast it would take to get to 600. By that I mean, I don't know how fast I'm going to be receiving the mats. I'm hoping to get it done in an hour, because all I need is five stacks.

Also, my realm is pretty small, but the alliance have nearly twice the population and they always get the realm first achievements. This is also my first time attempting anything for realm first, so please post any tips or anything I'm doing incorrect.

Getting the cloth is the least of your worries. On the other hand getting onto the servers will be the main problem. If you can get in straight away and dont have to wait like 3hours like i did for cata then your fine with what your doing
