What's the fastest leveling way to 90?

Hey guys. Latelly I've been doing some research about the fastest way to level up to 90 in MoP, but I'm still not 100% positive which one is it.

I was thinking of a pre-made dungeon griding group of me and 4 others guildies from 85 to 87, then everybody head straight to Kun-Lai Summit and quest alone.

Would this be the fastest one, as I'm really curious about a way that can actually get you a bit above all the crowded areas and provide you a nice advantage into going for realm first? Could it 85-90 be done in dungeon only (with a guild group) be the fastest way to level?

Looking forward for some debates over this subject and helpful tips!

my personal guess would be it's best to avoid questing areas as much as possible.

As with any new expansion, the questing areas will be swarmed , and if you're on a PVP server, it'll only be worse

Dungeons are the way to go imo, but if you're not decently geared it might be a pain....

Just my 2 cents worth of experience in 3 expansions so far, first 48 hours on quests are HELL.
