If you ever see people on your server that are selling 100 gold for 1 Red Wrapped Gift or anything along those lines and they claim there are Mounts and Pets in it.
Don't fall for it, I see people do it everyday on Illidan Horde and for those who fall for it and open a gift of nothing you have lost your mind.
They will say, in every 160 gifts there is 1 Mechanohog Chopper so that would be 16k gold so that makes since, but honestly who wants to put there valuable Chopper that is liquid and will sell quick without having to go through the trouble of wrapping 160 items and finding people dumb enough to buy them just waiting to be scammed. People that are addicted to gambling and that like to play the "Roll" games partake in this. I have done the "Roll" games and won a lot of gold off it but it was because I was doing it myself and my own rules. Although, you cannot get banned for Red Wrapped Gifts, but you can get banned doing roll games I have gotten banned many times for temporary times.

As of when it comes to Roll Games, never play them unless it's something like Blackjack.
The player will roll 1-11 and the goal is to get as close to if not hit 21 exact.
If the player busts the dealer wins, if the player stops at let's say 20 and the dealer can't beat it player wins.
The winnings for the player is x2 gold that they gave to you, but the dealer will always have a edge because the player will play first and have a chance to bust out of the game.

LOL this is kind of true... BUT, you still can lose big if you just have bad luck... I've had several people lose like 7-8 times in a row with this trick and be out like 5-10k gold by the time they are done. Sure, the probability of losing got lower each time, but reality is that they each roll still had the same crappy odds... (had to roll 65 or higher to double).

So, while that CAN work well, it often fails on people who think they know the trick lol. Most people just don';t have the heart to keep going and cut their losses early lol

This system is called Martingale.

Mathematical over the long run & if you have infinite gold it is impossible to lose. If you are running the casino the easiest way to stop it is to have a maximum bet, even with the max bet the gambler could roll multiple times at max to cover the single amount they should bet next in the sequence but with each loss it would become increasing complex and hard for them to record what they should bet next.
