I would go out of my way and buy these keys, but the only purpose I could see it affecting is players wanting to do RAF.
Buying a Unmerged account for $12 and getting awarded all of those keys and a Instant 80 is still better to me then buying those keys :P
Great deal though, Blizzard throws these deals out about 2-3 times a year and before expansions.
If you got the money and your a active user here, buy them up it's a great investment
