Is Toonstorm safe?

I just opened a paypal account today and tied it with my bank account. I sold my account to toonstorm.com for $95 dollars, spent half of my paypal balance in steam... then my paypal account got limited.

Is toonstorm safe, or is it just paypal being paypal?

I called paypal, they said that they just wanted to make sure the buyer was satisfied with their product and that i'd receive an email in 24-48 hours... in my account information it said that they contacted steam too and reversed the money withdrawl that I tried doing to my bank.

This is Paypal being Paypal. Toonstorm is a pretty well repped WoW buying/selling company. They wouldn't scam you. Good luck!

Toonstorm is not safe...

They took all of my account information, copy of my ID, paypal information, then refused to pay me because "technician found evidence of account being previously hacked in your ticket record".

They completely compromised my account security, then refused to pay me.
