How to Wintrade in Arenas?!

Hey,
Me and friends of mine (all 2,2k capable players) looking forward to wintrade gladiator this season.
The Problem is, we dont exactly how to do it.
Can someone maybe give me some Tipps how to Wintrade efficent?

As far as I know, you get both teams to like 2.2-2.3, then just queue at a time when nobody is queueing, and queue into each other.

all u gatta do is queue 2 ****ing teams in 5s wait 10 minutes and ****ing log back online on both characters doesnt matter what mmr i dont win trade so i have no clue maybe u should test it out bro?
