Has anyone ever lost their purchased RaF mounts w/ Annual Pass?

I'm contemplating purchasing the new RaF mount but I have the Annual Pass and I was wondering if people have ever lost their mounts from doing so.

I've heard people of losing RaF time, but not mounts.
And I've purchased the Rocket, and the Nightwing so far, and have the Annual Pass until April 2013, and have yet to have anything removed, or be actioned in any way.

its easy to get removed but not 100%,it can be up to lucky most likely
