What is in Blizz logs?

Hello, today I found mysterious camel figurine in uldum, was teleported, but then died because of fall damage even though I fell in the water. When I wrote a ticket about it, they did not give a crap. They said that there is no death or anything in logs and that I am making it up. I have all screenshots and cache files that I found it, yet they refuse to do anything about it. What do you think about it? Is there any way to appeal or something? I dont want to spend another weeks in finding it!

and as for logs, just a logic point of view would say if they keep any kind of combat logs at all, they are very limited. 10 million players + combat logs for each. if you have ever used recount in a boss fight, you know they can get massive over hours.

You MAY be able to attach pictures to a response and plead and hope you get a friendly person.

I was, but when I died I lost the Dormus'S Rage debuff and was phased out so wasn't able to kill him again. And they say that pictures, cache or combat log does not prove anything
