looking for a lag hack (wow)

Ok, so i couldnt really find anything that works like this,

on your screen, you appear find and everyone around you appears fine, but to their screen you're lagging, now cheat engine has been able to do that, buut it only works when you sprint, and lag7 makes everyone else lag so it doesnt really help for combat


if someone could point me in the direction of what im looking for, it will be much appreciated =D
