Thank you for caring about my problem. My question is is the Cross Game Currency Exchange or item exchange is Legal or not as long as its between blizzard games. Long story short exchanging your diablo money for World of warcraft Gold

Legal as in lawful or as in being allowed rule wise by Blizzard? Generally as long as the state gets it's part from taxes since goods/services are being exchanged there should be no problems. Since it's from one game to another that's a whole other beast. You'll have to look at taxation laws and currency exchange depending on the state and see what gets taxed and what doesn't.
