Good dk frost rotation?

Can someone give me a good frost dk rotation, i don't understand it so much, it's complicated to use, i have so much ilvl but can't do over 26k dps :/ .
Pls help me.

With 406 ilvl all socketed and reforged with 2x hand of morchok 410 ilvl i can't get over 30 k :/

My guild said unholy is better? Can someone help me in game? I can give also my information and i can pay like 5$ if someone reforge and socket my char well, just im trying to change to unholy, i have already gurthalak 403 ilvl ... Use pqr than my rotations in my Sig. Welcome to wol ranks. They are setup to use masterfrost stat weighing and stuff. Info on that can be found on ej.

and my 389 dk has never ranked with your MF profiles sir. i have however topped DPS in my LFR runs and Alt group raids regularly.

I can still rank in the top 150 or so with an ilvl of 402 but well it is towards the end of a content patch and alto of players now have bis in all slots now. So ranking really only come with high ilvls now :/

Might sounds like I try to be rude, but MF takes a lot of skills to play perfect. MF isn't even close to the normal frost way of playing.
