LF private server with SM quest

[Foreseen]

So,I'm looking for a pserv who have the Shadowmourne quest scripted,or at least not so hard to do.

Must be hosted in Europe,if not have decent latency for East-Europeans.(max 100)

Population,if there are 600+ players there's all good .

Preferably, active arenas.

Wouldn't mind if there's the ICC HC version open .
