Is there a hack that increases a npc's size?

I was wondering if anybody knew a program that enlarges a npc's hack so i could see it from far distance. I want to do this with the Mysterious Camel Figurine.

I don't believe there are any hacks for this, but with Model Editing something like this should be possible. (Though to be fair, I haven't kept up with Model Editing in quite some time, I'm not sure if it's still usable in the way it used to be)
