They can't log other processes since that is stated in the human rights of privacy.
So they CAN'T do that without being sued.
they can since you are agreeing .

5.11 collecting non-personally identifiable information. Blizzard has the right, without further notice to collect "non-personal" information about your connection to the service, to make certain demographic assumptions regarding the users of the service.
6.11 Disclosure of search and content. Blizzard does not and can browse and monitor any User Content. If, however, Blizzard knowledge of illegal or unlawful users receive content that they will be removed or access to such content will be blocked.

Still even if you are agreeing to it doesn't mean they can.
Like this: If the law states you can't do fraud for a company but you are agreeing to their terms of fraud that you will get money from them. You still can't by the law.
Same here. Just a scare technique I think.
you are agreeing that they are allowed "like a friend" to scan your computer.
Still they can't do it because its illegal by law. So yeah![]()
what this agent is doing is finding out what programs target what part ofthe wow folder in order to get MPQ's to read terrain in order to move about the land with out getting stuck..
when blizzard can get enough info from other process that target the wow folder.. they can take action. which is warden.. and wardens updates.
Tell us again, internet lawyers, what Blizzard's legal team hasn't considered?
