Battle.net Account Bug Leads to Unban for Permamently Banned Accounts

Recently, my Battle.net account had some problems, and so did my friend's. Basically the bug was that NO MATTER in which WoW account I tried to log with my Battle.net account it said that the account was closed permamently (I've 6 WoW accounts, and only 1 of them was Permamently Banned). I contacted Blizzard in order to find out what was going on, and they said that I've to provide a picture of my ID card, showing my name, over a recent newspaper. After I did that, they said that they fixed my Battle.net account, for my surpise, I found out that my WoW account, that has been banned since 2009, was now playable. However, I recently got my ANOTHER main account banned, with which I was playing since 2007. My question is now, do you guys know how to make this Battle.net account bug appear again, so that hopefully I can get my main account back?

Was the account merged with Bnet back then?

The account was merged with Battle.net account back then, and the reason for my old account to get banned was because I was selling gold to IRL money. It's funny, because of the fact that my main account got banned for the same reason. I thought that the reason for my Battle.net account to get this bug was because I made a lot of tickets recently of me getting hacked, but it then came to my mind that my friend got the same bug as well, but he had NEVER contacted Blizzard with his account. Maybe this "bug" is some kind of protection system against hackers or something?

My suspicion is that your accounts were banned (perhaps en masse) for some reason and the GM who cleared the bans made a mistake. Maybe he went overboard not realizing they were supposed to leave one of them alone, maybe he just used a "clear bans" button for the whole battle net account, or maybe he Ctrl+Clicked on one too many lines before clicking some "Remove Ban" button, who knows.

Occam's razor. I don't believe for a second that there is a "bug" that will magically un-ban your accounts.

Well I think that this thread is useless to be continued now. I made it in order to find out a way to get my Battle.net account suspended this way again, and unban my main account. However, now that I managed to unban it after a few GM tickets, I think that there's no point continuing the discussion . If you want to share your experience for the rest, than go on of course ;p.
