You can have free transfer to the realm and faction of the character that rez you if you chose so. I can make char on any realm you want and send scroll from it just send me your email. I play on Auchindoun EU myself, ally side, highly populated with many decent guilds.

Yes, that's what ppl report. Scrolls are being send out by Blizz once a day at certain time :/
