Has anyone got any tips on xrealming gold?

I was going to pay the extra money to xrealm a guild, but just found out the criteria, must be GM for 7days or something.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated and sorry if this is posted in the wrong area.

Try posting around for current trades like 1:1.2 ratio exchanges. Like "Hi i'm on serverA, willing to trade gold on serverB"

OR do what you're saying, and buy a level 3-4 guild (needs to be an established guild). and xfer the guild over.

OR LASTLY depending on server economics (i don't recommend this method). Buy sever high gold items. Spectral tigers, stand stone drakes..things of higher gold amounts. And resell them when you get to your new destination.

Vials of Sand seem to be the preferred method from what i hear.

I recommend looking at the auction house for a few days and see what market is lacking or a lot higher priced than your realms and buy items that correspond to that market. Vial of Sands can always be good as well, for example on my old server it sold for 33000g and on my new one it sells for 49000g, tcg mounts can be a safe thing too. Remember investing in items can always be dangerous and if you really want to be safe just buy a guild and transfer it. However investing in items can be an exiting addition to your new server transfer and has a great potential to make a large amount of gold!

I've bought a couple of Vial of the sands, and "gave" the rest to 3 of my friends that migrated with me, mounts and the Epic fortune cookie are the best things.
