model ,,transfering"

hello everyone

firstly, i think you should know that im new on this forum and i would like to know if this is the right place for questions

can anyone please teach me how to ,,transfer" models from cataclysm to wotlk? i mean, i have a wotlk server, but i would like to have the cataclysm tier 11 or 12 or any other ones on my wotlk. if not the entire items (stats and models) then just the models so i can create other items using the cata items display ids. i would also like to know if i can add the items from cataclysm, not replace the existing <<tier 10>> (for example) with the tier 11

i searched for anything related to this, but i only found model editing and model swapping (Glitchie's model swapper or something like that), and i am not sure if these things are the ones i should be looking for
