The price of a level 25 guild?

My friend wants to buy my level 25 guild with 900 members in which its activity is always changing, he is offering me 100$. Do you think this is a good price or do you think I should ask for more?

Considering on my server lvl 25 guilds are going for 350-400k gold and gold sells at $.04/k (if you sell it to that one site in wow trade/sell/buy) - You're right on par with appropriate costs.

Best way to look at it - Can you make $100 profit from owning it?
