Transferring toons between same-name accounts

I'm wondering if it is possible to transfer toons between accounts under the same name. For the sake of this, assume the holder of all accounts is named DET.

DET has a toon, Nyga1, on ACC#1. Heirloom-raised to L85, and is now powerful.
DET creates some other toons, Nyga2 and Nyga3, and over time heirloom-raises them to L85.
Now DET wishes to transfer Nyga2 to ACC#2, and Nyga3 to ACC#3. The idea is to multibox all three of his Hunters together.

Since DET owns all three accounts, and they are all under his name, can Nyga2 and Nyga3 be transferred?

so, if i am reading correctly, you have 3 toons on 1 account, and want to move 2 of them to 2 seperate accounts. as long as the names on the accounts are the same, yes this can be done

Yes you can transfer accounts if the same surname is on both accounts, been doing this with my brother before.
