Faction Change problem

So, I faction changed my mage undead acidentaly, then I called blizzard on skype and asked them if it can be reverted, i just said about my problem and the connection broke up.
I then check my Battlenet page and by suprise I found there's a ticket "answer" We are sorry we cant rever it but here's cookies for you
Free faction change + 25 euro refund

now I got my money back and the character (now night elf female) flagged for change.
What happens if I keep it that way? will they bother check me in the future and take their money back?
The ticket is marked as answered, I got the email confirming the money transfer, all transactions are complete.

No one outside of Blizzard knows what Blizzard support will do. Anyone who claims to is either lying or making assumptions.

That said, it sounds to me based on your description of the situation that they fully expect you to use it.

Yea the best thing to do is contact blizzard multiple times (even if the first call isn't helpful).
