I'm 99.99% certain that doesn't matter. You have to sign up for this agreement and then pay for 12 months of gametime. The only way for a current subscription to count is if you have say a 6-month subscription and say 1 month of that has passed, then this offer comes along. The other 5 months of that 6-month subscription would count.
