Gold Selling Questions??

Hello Community,
I am new here and would like to find out some useful informations regarding safe gold selling.
I have played wow for 4 years and in this time i did gather quite a lot of gold in game and now with all the college expenses i would like to sell some of the gold for real money.

My questions are as followed:

1.Which is the safest way to sell WoW gold in game ? (as in to not get any ban from blizz for selling gold or anything else they may charge me for "giving away so much gold")

2.Who are the safest customers and how to detect if they are for real buyers or they try to scam me ?

3.Which is the safest way to get paid ? (as in no chance for the persons who bought gold from me to get say their money back after they got the gold and thus getting the gold for free)
