The next xpack will be World Of Warcraft: Wrath Of The Lich King.



The expansion is Northrend, etc, etc.
We will fight Arthas himself.
Level cap is 80 (New skills, new talents, etc)
The expansion is designed for lvl 68 and higher players.
The Death Knight class will be available for both alliance and horde players and it seems to work on the same mechanics as Jedi in SWG, you can create them once certain criteria are met. (First hero class of the game)
The Death Knight will combine damage dealing and tanking.
Siege weapons and destructible buildings will be added to PvP
A new battleground will be available
New profession : Inscription. (allows the player to permanently enhance their spells and abilities and to create mysterious items of power to use, trade, and sell.)
More hero classes will be added in the future
Leveling from 70 to 80 should took nearly the same time as 60 to 70 (probably a bit more)
First zone will be Howling Fjord
We should have roughly the same amount of dungeons as BC

Heh, so there is a folder on their server called "wrath". It could be anything. But no, you're right, the "wrath" folder which is most likely empty means that that the next expansion is surely, 100% "World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King". It simply couldn't be anything else. The proof is all there! Thanks for shedding the light on this one.

Not to burst anyone's bubble or anything, but most of you are all wrong. Blizzard announced about a year ago that they want to leave Arthas for last, make him a badass event. They also said that not even 100 level 90's could down Arthas so the expansion could easily be something else. For example; "Wrath of Azshara" (Lady Vashj killed) "Wrath of the Elemental Lords" ( Ragnaros and that thunder dude killed) "Wrath of the Emerald Dream". Thnk about it, Arthas can WTF pwn Azshara and the Elemental Lords, why would we jump all the way to the hardest boss in Azeroth first?

Think about it, after Arthas the only stronger boss in all of Warcraft lore would be Sargeras, do you really think that Blizzard would end their successful money maker so quickly?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but why would they put northrend stuff like weapons,trees, and plants in they're files if they're not going to include arthas? Arthas is not the strongest being.. The old gods that created Azeroth are... Lady Azashara can wtfpwn Arthas. Learn your warcraft history please.
