Ticket wait time is calculated by the server on the current fluctuation of tickets, thought not 100% the ticket wait timer is usually pretty close. Tickets are also answered faster (or slower in your case) by scale of importance.

It also depends of the server you are playing on,and if you want your ticket read faster you can just spam editing the ticket ^^
P.S This will annoy the gms
