Change Account Name

So here is the deal, my friend is quitting WoW and has an amazing Warrior. He is giving me his account but I would like to transfer his Warrior to my account so I am only paying for 1 account per month. We obviously have different account names but is there any loop hole we could use to allow me to change the name on his account so I can transfer the Warrior? I obviously have all of my account information and he has given me all his account info and also said he can scan his driver license if needed. Any ideas?
