How to create a site like XtremeTop?

Hey there guys, I want to ask you how could I create a site like Xtremetop100? Where people votes WoW private servers and such, I saw many sites that are like it and I wonder how they made it? If someone can help me with maybe some tutorials or whatsoever, please do, thank you! Will +Rep.

With html, css and php it is possible to make one. If you want to be fancy go ahead and add some javascript and other such things. You think about what the ranking should be based on, you create some votes system that people add to their website. It's nothing hard really and I don't think there is something with a control panel for it (like for blogs), but you can always look for one if you don't feel like coding it yourself. I don't see what else information you want about it, just tell me if that's not what you wanted to know =)

You would have to search yourself for this, sadly I won't do it for you. However I'm pretty sure coding one from scratch as a way to get familiar with coding would be a good way
