    Banned account response message

Hello, essentially, I'm trying to get rid of an annoying 'friend'. I want them to think my account is banned; I'm sure there's someone here with a banned account, so my request is:

For those of you who have had an account banned for use of a hack and then unsuccessfully appealed it, could you please provide the message that is sent? If so, thanks!

    ***Notice of Account Closure***

    Account Name: WOW1

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: In-Game Chat Policy Violation - Advertisement and Spamming

This account was closed because a character on the account repeatedly abused World of Warcraft's in-game chat system. This abuse includes advertising third party services/websites and repeatedly spamming in-game chat channels. Abuse of this nature pollutes chat channels shared by all players and harms the game environment as a whole.

You may not perform activity that we consider to be damaging to World of Warcraft. Engaging in such activity violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Blizzard Legal Documentation).

Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges.

For any disputes of this action or further information on Exploitive Activity, please visit the Exploitative Activity FAQ and contact page here:

Thanks very much, but I mean the unsuccessful message when attempting to appeal after a ban via Battle.net support.

Perhaps you canuse this one and say they haven't replied?

    Greetings,

Unfortunately, it would seem your Battle.net account has been hacked. This is most commonly caused by having a key logging virus on your computer, or by responding to phishing mails. If you have received any suspensions or warnings, this is most likely the cause. Any actions on your account due to the hackers have now been removed.

Your account has been placed into an investigation queue to get any losses restored, if possible. You should get an email with details of the investigation when it is completed. I have completed this as we speak and have sent a force password reset. Please select a new password, compleatly different from your previous one. But before doing so please follow the guidelines below.

*IMPORTANT* Please follow the instructions below to secure your account and computer.

    1) Clean your computer by removing any viruses from it. Head to our security site at <http://eu.battle.net/security/> for specific instructions, and a list of available virus scanners. If your virus scanning software is unable to locate any keylogger and you have not responded to a phishing scam (explained on the security site) please follow the steps outlined in the following forum post on how to locate and remove the most difficult of keyloggers:
    <http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/900641537>

    2) Consider obtaining an Authenticator, available as both a physical item (<http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_GB&articleId=35970>) or a mobile application for a number of mobile devices (<http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=28152>).

Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again, either via the in-game support or through our webform (<https://eu.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml>).

The exact path has to be my getting banned, then appealing it via battle.net support, then a message from them stating that my account will not be unbanned (if the message has any cause-specific text referring to bot/hack use, that's needed too.)

    Greetings,

Thank you for your follow-up email regarding the account WOW1. This account was closed after a Blizzard Entertainment investigation produced evidence indicating the account was associated to multiple accounts that participated in exploitative activities. Upon further review, we have determined that our original findings were accurate and the action was in line with our current policies.

Please take a moment to review the World of Warcraft Terms of Use ( Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use). The reoccurring exploitative trends present on accounts associated to the account listed above have led to the closure of all related accounts.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope we have addressed any concerns you may have had. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance to you.

As a reminder, only the Account Administration department can address disputes or questions about this account action. To learn more about how we are able to assist you, please visit us at Blizzard Support.

    Sincerely,
