Need help

I need a quest that puts you on a vehicle or (flight path) which will changes YOUR speed or give you certain buffs after XXX amount of seconds.

Example:

A player hops onto a dragon, the player could have control or no control, the player is buffed or speed has increased (under character info) after 5 seconds.

If anyone knows of a quest that executes in this order please let me know! Thank you.

Into The Wild Green Yonder - Quest - World of Warcraft - This quest, "Into the Wild Green Yonder" in Icecrown (One of the very first you can pick up) allows you to control a dragon that, as a spell can grant one the ability to increase their flying speed by 385%.

The Dk eye quest thing where you fly around? The quests in hyjal where the dragon flies you around? The other quests in hyjal where you mount the white gryphon?

I know about the DK one, but the others, do they give you a buff in xxx amount of seconds? If so +7 =)

What about the quest in Howling Fjord where you burn the buildings and kill the guy on the building?
