Automatically drop totems?

Is there are program/bot that will just automatically drop my totems when I enter combat? Like check to see if I have the associated buff then drop if I don't? Not looking for a full bot, just that one function.
Tried with normals bots with blank profiles but I just ended up running straight ahead, and I glanced at autorotation bots but they look like they'd just make me spam the ability.
Searched to forum, but surprisingly I seem to be the only one who wants it.

Too lazy to farm your own mats,honor,jp and level? It's a site for bots, we're ALL lazy.
Yes, I'm too lazy to drop all my totems when 3 seconds later I'll be after the next mob and definitely too lazy to drop all my totems again after they're killed in pvp.

EDIT: In a way I'm much less lazy then most. The totem thing is all I want, I'm still doing my own leveling and gathering.

You could just macro it to the first couple opening abilities you use when entering combat.

Yes, but then I'd drop them every time I use said ability.
So there's no existing bots that have a function I could take advantage of? Lazybot with it's customizable combat behavior would have worked if making a blank profile didn't result in you running forward until you turn it off (any idea how I could counteract that maybe?)
