Looking for a website or something where I can purchase the Winged Guardian, or other Blizzard Store items, using PayPal or online debit transaction.

I do not want to hear anything about go to the Blizzard Store, or get a (prepaid) credit card or anything like that.

KikiDra, try posting on the trade section of MMOwned, you'll easily find people who wants to sell you the mount, or even just look over the threads, and try to find a person who has contributed a lot, or a lot of vouchers in the thread that has already bought from him, it's a hard decision wether to trust the seller or not for buying the mount, and payment etc.
I'm too scared myself of doing so, but that's your choice, i have seen posts about it on the trade section though, so just head there
