You are RENTING the account from Blizzard. You are RENTING the account to play the game ($15/mo subscription, I have no idea how much that is in Euros.). It is impossible to sue Blizzard for banning your access to an account that you are RENTING from them. It's like eating a pizza and then sueing the resturant for makign you pay for their pizza. It just does not work.

They also state that they can ban your account for any or no reason at all, you clicked accept to that when you first launced the game and every time there is an update to the ToS.

IMHO, the majority of the time Blizzard bans accounts for legit reasons, people just never like to admit to it ("I WAS BANED FOR NO RESON"). I'm sure they make mistakes sometimes, but if you get the dreaded "never contact us again" e-mail, I imagine they are very, VERY sure.

It sounds like there isn't much you can do, I would just keep trying to call them. From my interactions with phone support, they are not that smart when it comes to the game. You could use that to your advantage. You are probably never going to get a response from emails or GMs if they are still acting like that. When you call phone support act calm, and the first thing you ask is, "I would just like to know why I got banned so I can take further action." or something along those lines. If it is happening as you say it is, I would assume that making it seem like that is all you want would be a good spring board, and then you can try to talk to them some more. Also check you email for a message saying why they banned you, check spam too. If you never got an email then I think something is wrong here. Good luck, I am not much of a WoW player anymore, but I feel sorry for you.

It sounds like they're pretty pissed at you, if you say you didnt do any hacking or anything were you mean to someone or call them someone something racist? That would probably tick them off more than anything of the above especially if the person who banned you found the words discriminating to themselves.

I'll just come out and say it -- I don't believe you when you say you "didn't do anything", because it takes a lot for them to send you the "don't contact us again" e-mail. I don't buy that happening because a bunch of random employees decided to participate in a conspiracy against you.

Most people who say "I didn't do anything" really mean "There is this one thing I did, but I don't think it's ban-worthy, so I'll feign ignorance". But deep down, you know what it was you did -- whether it was hacking (even "just once to try it"), botting, calling people the n-word, harassment, etc. When you get banned from WoW you receive an e-mail that gives a very vague reason such as "Abusing the economy" or "Use of 3rd party program" or some such. You haven't indicated what they wrote there, but you also indicated that you've received the "don't contact us again" e-mail which would indicate they have your correct e-mail address and you've had an e-mail discourse with them.

Bans don't happen out of the blue unless you were doing something like hacking blatantly, which means you probably either know what you did, or have a history of penalties in WoW which means you have an idea of what it might be for. If you told us what it was that you think (or know) caused your ban, we might be able to better assist you in how to approach getting it overturned. There are people here who are very good at that sort of thing, and they might be able to help. But don't insult our intelligence by having us believe that some GM just hated you so he banned you, then every other employee also just decided to blow you off -- that's not going to get you anywhere.

Repeatedly saying exaggerated stuff like "I DIDNT DO NOTHING", "THEY HANG UP ON ME", "I GUNNA SUE" never gets anyone very far, and if your posts are any indication of the e-mails you sent to them trying to overturn this action, then it's no wonder it's been upheld so far.

like i normally (or i think i did) there was in the mail about gold selling but i never did (i'm sure and i know what i do i have money enough so i dont need to sell money or items)
